Late K.V.SHANKARAGOWDA, a Scholar and an Educationist, the founder of the Institution was the Minister for Education in the Cabinet of the then Chief Minister Hon'ble Sri. Veerendra Patil, Government of Karnataka. Sri H.D.CHOWDAIAH, formerly, Member of Legislative Assembly and Council, Government of Karnataka, presently is the President of the Trust.
