The Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department was started in the year 1962 to cater the need to Electrical Engineers for various Electricity Boards, Industries and Research Organizations. The Department offers courses to meet the present day requirement in the areas of Power Systems, Electrical machines, Control Systems, Power and Industrial Electronics, Switch Gear and Protection, Electronics, Microprocessors, High Voltage Engineering. The department has well qualified and well experienced faculty members to meet the present day curriculum requirements both in theory and practical.
